2026 Membership & Dues

Badges will be issue for immediately residing family having same permanent address.  Any other badges will be issued when member visits the office (not mailed) and requests the additional badges.  Please fill out the Membership Application /Agreement/Change Form on-line to list members names & DOB.

THE FOLLOWING LATE FEES APPLY EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2025. Application and payment must be received / postmarked by March 31, 2025 . If not, an additional $60.00 must be added to dues from April 1 through April 30. On May 1 and the first day of each month thereafter, an additional $20.00 per month must be added to the late fee.

By typing my name above I am applying for annual membership in the Normanoch Association, Inc. (“Association”). I acknowledge and agree that: 1) Membership in the Association is voluntary; 2) I have thoroughly read and clearly understand the Association’s Rules and Regulations; 3) I, my family members and my guests will fully and unconditionally comply with the Rules and Regulations; and 4) I have signed this application/agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge and without duress. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Association (and its directors, officers and employees) from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, (a) for any and all accidents, injuries, losses or damages of any kind that I, my family members or my guests may sustain while on the Association’s property (which includes the lake and clubhouse), and (b) that I, my family members or my guests may cause to a third party while on the Association’s property or to the Association’s property. I state that all of the information on both sides of this application/agreement is accurate, and acknowledge and agree that any false or misleading information may jeopardize my membership in the Association.
