If you are selling your home on Culver Lake

If you are selling your home and are a member of the Normanoch Association, please remember that the Normanoch Association Stock is encouraged to be sold to the new buyers.  The value of the Stock is $100.  The transfer should be made at the closing to be witnessed by the attorney.  The new owners can then bring it to the office for a new certificate to be issued.
