Welcome to our community from the Culver Lake Windjammers!
Founded in 1976, the club is a meeting ground for Normanoch Association members and their guests who are interested in sailing. All levels and types of sailors and would-be sailors are welcome.
The fleet, which you will see on the lake on any breezy summer day, includes windsurfers, sunfish, catamarans, and a variety of sloops among others. On summer Sunday afternoons the Windjammers organize races for all comers. In recent years there has been an unofficial fleet of ice boats on the lake in the winter months.
Our members are anxious to help make sailing safe and fun for you. Whether you're a novice or an expert, please join us. You can flag us down on the lake or call the secretary of the Normanoch Association (at 948-4251) who will give you the names and numbers of current members.
